Backlink / Guest Post Linking Services
Rabbi IT Firm agrees to provide the user with website backlinks, as described on our website, for the sole purpose of search engine optimisation (SEO) (the "Services").
Rabbi IT Firm is authorised to use the specific URLs and keywords or phrases provided by the Buyer to build and improve the website's ranking in search engines through the guest posting service.
We reserve the right to decline to accept, engage with or otherwise provide services in relation to any content or website. The services provided through this website do not guarantee success; all numbers, figures and claims are estimates and projections.
We guarantee the placement of the link for up to 365 days from the original placement, unless the Publisher states special terms on the listing page. We may also provide a replacement link if the Publisher takes down a published backlink. See our Delivery Policy for how to report a removed link.
These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Services. "Content" includes the text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, audio recordings, designs, videos, audiovisual combinations, interactive features and other materials you may view on, access through or contribute to third-party websites.

Payment
You accept your payment obligations and you are comfortable with us storing your payment information. You understand that fees and taxes may be added to our prices.
If you purchase any of our paid services ("Guest Posting Services"), you agree to pay us the applicable fees and taxes and to any additional terms specific to those paid services. Failure to pay these fees will result in the termination of your paid services.
You also agree that:
- your purchase may be subject to foreign exchange fees or differences in price based on location (for example, exchange rates);
- we may store and continue to charge your payment method (for example, your card) even after it has expired, to avoid interruptions to your services and to pay for other services you may purchase;
- if you purchase a subscription, your payment method will automatically be charged at the start of each subscription period for the fees and taxes applicable to that period — to avoid future charges, cancel before the renewal date;
- all your purchases of services are subject to our Refund Policy;
- we may calculate taxes payable by you based on the billing information you provide at the time of purchase.
You can get a copy of your invoice through your account settings under "Order History".

These Terms permit you to use the website for your own use only. You must not copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any of the Company Intellectual Property, except that your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing them, and you may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes, including any desktop, mobile or other applications we provide for download.
Your License to Rabbi IT Firm
You own all of the content and personal information you provide to us, but you also grant us a non-exclusive licence to it. We will respect your choices about who can see your information and content, including how it may be used for advertisements.
As between you and Rabbi IT Firm, you own the content and information that you submit or post to the Services, and you grant Rabbi IT Firm and our affiliates only the following non-exclusive licence: a worldwide, transferable and sublicensable right to use, copy, modify, distribute, publish and process information and content that you provide through our Services and the services of others, without any further consent, notice or compensation to you or others. - We will not include your content in advertisements for the products and services of third parties without your separate consent (including sponsored content). However, we have the right, without payment to you or others, to serve advertisements near your content and information, and your social actions may be visible and included with advertisements, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- While we may edit and make formatting changes to your content (such as translating it, modifying the size, layout or file type, or removing metadata), we will not change the meaning of what you express.
You and Rabbi IT Firm agree that if the content includes personal data, it is subject to our Privacy Policy, and that we may access, store, process and use any information and personal data you provide in accordance with the Privacy Policy and your choices (including settings).
By submitting suggestions or other feedback about our Services, you agree that Rabbi IT Firm can use and share that feedback for any purpose without compensation to you (but is not obliged to).
You promise to provide only information and content that you have the right to share, and that your profile will be truthful. You agree not to provide content or information that violates the law or anyone's rights (including intellectual property rights). Rabbi IT Firm may be legally required to remove certain information or content in certain countries.
